I made this recipe for Russian Sweet Cabbage Soup a few weeks ago the first time, then made it again  not long after. It was an instant hit, and its perfect for a cold night, and is great even as leftovers reheated the next day. Its also really easy to make. I orignally started with a recipe sent to me by a friend, but made several changes as I was preparing it to make it more suited to our tastes. Here’s how to make it! I served this with the So Simple Beer Bread seen here.
